Refund and Returns Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if services have not been fully delivered or if there is a technical fault on our end.

  • Proof of purchase and order details must be provided when requesting a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed digital services such as social media posts, blogs, designs, or campaigns are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • Custom packages and enterprise-level projects are non-refundable due to the personalized work involved.

3. Refund Process

  • In the event of duplicate payments or technical errors, we will process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method originally used.

4. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel subscription services at any time before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through official customer support channels.
