At Dgesting Solution, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds are only applicable if services have not been fully delivered or if there is a technical fault on our end.

Proof of purchase and order details must be provided when requesting a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services

Completed digital services such as social media posts, blogs, designs, or campaigns are non-refundable once delivered.

Subscription services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

Custom packages and enterprise-level projects are non-refundable due to the personalized work involved.
3. Refund Process

In the event of duplicate payments or technical errors, we will process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method originally used.
4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel subscription services at any time before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
